United Way of Porter County
Present: Bob Franko, Porter-Starke Services; Erin Woike, Caring Place; RG Skadberg, Christian Community Action; Caroline Shook, Housing Opportunities.
Due to low attendance, an abbreviated meeting was held. The attending parties, Porter-Starke Services, The Caring Place, Christian Community Action, and Housing Opportunities decided to set an another meeting with the leadership of each respective organization present to look at possible partnerships, collaborations and opportunities for efficiencies. Dates in June were proposed. Bob Franko will assume leadership of getting the date settled, location secured and attendees confirmed. Discussed options to think about prior to the meeting – including a grant writer, administrative functions, and other duties.
Next meeting of the CAH July 21, 2009, 8:30 a.m. United Way of Porter County.
